Every celebration is personally prepared and delivered by Emma, which means we deliberately keep our diary limited.
We don’t believe in becoming the biggest.
We’d rather be known for creating the parties people can’t stop talking about.

The easiest way to enquire is via WhatsApp.
To help us check availability quickly, simply send us:
- Your preferred date
- Your preferred start time
- Which party experience you’re interested in
- Number of children attending
- Age of the children
- Your postcode / party location
- Your child’s name
- Any important requirements or questions
That’s it.
We’ll take it from there.
If your first-choice date isn’t available, we’re always happy to look at alternative dates or times where possible.
A LITTLE TIP FROM US…
If your date is flexible, tell us.
Having two or three possible dates can make all the difference.
Our busiest periods — particularly Saturdays, school holidays and milestone birthdays — can become booked well in advance.
And because we personally prepare every celebration, we only have a limited number of parties we can accept.
So if you’ve found the party, and you already know when you’d like it…
Don’t wait for someone else to book your date first.
YOUR SECURITY MATTERS
For your peace of mind, we will never request a direct bank transfer.
All payments are processed securely through our card payment system.
If you ever receive a request for a bank transfer claiming to be from Bertie & Belle, please contact us directly before making any payment.

These are our regular party times, subject to availability.
Certain dates — particularly popular Saturdays — can disappear surprisingly quickly.
If your celebration has a particular date attached to it, early enquiry is always recommended.

Monthly payment links are issued on the 1st of each month.
Please note: your celebration is only considered confirmed once your deposit or first instalment has been received.

Your celebration doesn’t have to take place in a particular venue.
We bring Bertie & Belle to you.
Your home.
A hired venue.
A private party space.
Somewhere special you’ve already chosen.
We travel to create your chosen experience in your own location, making your celebration feel personal, effortless and completely yours.
For parties more than 3 miles from B90 2QX, a fuel, time and transport fee of £1.25 per mile applies.

Once a popular date has been secured, we cannot offer it to anyone else.
